Support contracts are available based on the level of service your business requires, the number of computers supported and the complexity of your network.

WITHOUT a Commercial Support arrangement in advance, requests for service are subject to scheduling based on time available with 'the Rescue Tech.' Urgent and Priority Response service without a prior arrangement will be subject to additional charges.
